Where in the rules is it stated that clan kultures do not affect Super Heavy detachments? I think you may be confusing Super Heavy Auxiliary detachments and Auxiliary Support detachments

Codex page 124 under Clan Kultur specifies that it excludes Super Heavy Auxiliary detachments, no mention to Auxiliary Support ones. I never said that a Super Heavy Detachment would not get it
