I'm the guy who did "Illuminating the Night Below", which is in the Internet Archive now on account of SBCGlobal taking their pages down. Also a collection of Blackmoor lore, much of which later ended up in Dave Arneson [pbuh]'s last run at it.
I have no idea about /tg/; I first found it 28 May 2020 and signed up here to post whatever two days later.
