What does CYOA really mean?[edit]

Personally, I hate when CYOA is used as the /tg/ equivalent of "which dragon are you?" or "which Hogwarts house are you in?". But this isn't a wiki about me. I checked the /tg/ archives and saw that CYOA is used for the "which ___ do you want?" images and for quest threads. And then there's the books published by Bantam in the early eighties, copied by Steve Jackson and god knows how many other publishers.

So do we slap a disambiguation bit at the top of the article, and reserve [[CYOA]] for the "which dragon wud u fuk?" pictures? --NotBrandX (talk) 14:11, 20 March 2014 (UTC)

Searched for 'CYOA': found 3 threads, one thread about the books, and 143 quest threads. So much for "by popular demand".

Maybe we should distinguish CYOA threads from CYOA books and CYOA images?
