Talk:Black Seas
Formats[edit]
As the article stands, it's pretty dense and not as reader-friendly as I'd like it to be. If anyone has suggestions or ideas for format improvements to that end, I want em.
Edit as of 3.50pm in NY:
Thank you to whomever it was that made the French + British sections collapsible. I'm going to look at your coding and do the same to the upcoming USA + Spanish sections once it's all written. I'm also now considering making an entirely new set of pages for Black Seas tactics as I feel I'm swamping the reader with information.
Not a problem and glad to help as it is making good reading (sorry had forgotten to log on so you couldn't see who it was)
It's little more that add at the start <div class="toccolours mw-collapsible mw-collapsed" style="100%"> and </div>" at the end--Because (talk) 20:24, 14 October 2019 (UTC)
Ah, nice. I've copied that coding into two new sections on the Spanish and Americans. Thanks again for your help.
Miscellaneous[edit]
Been reading the American fleet section and thought that "I came here to chew gum and take your ships, and I'm all out of gum" would benefit from being made more themed. Maybe "I sailed here to chew tobacco and take your ships... and I'm all out of tobacco." or similar --Taufag (talk) 10:32, 15 October 2019 (UTC)
- Theming is a good idea. I'm actually not entirely happy with the chew gum line, but I like your idea. I want something that'll roll more smoothly though.
